SHIPPING POLICY

At La Lumielle, we are committed to delivering your jewellery safely, beautifully packaged, and with care.

Every piece is carefully prepared to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

UK Delivery

• Standard Delivery: 5–9 business days

• Processing Time: 1–3 business days
• All orders include tracked shipping

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

 

International Delivery​

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and local customs processing.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition and packaging.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include photos of:
• the item
• the packaging
• your order number

We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged upon delivery.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At La Lumielle, we carefully inspect each piece before dispatch to ensure it arrives beautifully and in perfect condition.

Returns and exchanges are accepted for items that arrive damaged, faulty, incorrect, or with manufacturing defects.

Under UK consumer law, customers may request a refund or replacement for faulty goods in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

If you experience any issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:
• your order number
• clear photos of the item
• a brief description of the issue

Items must not show signs of misuse, accidental damage, or excessive wear.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Once your request has been reviewed, our support team will assist you as quickly as possible.
